Coffee Traders was founded by R.C. Beall in 1981 in Montana. He came to Austin and started R.C Beall Texas Coffee Traders in 1994. To put his experience in perspective in 1981 there were only 40 coffee companies in the United States. They sell both to the public and wholesale. I strongly recommend a trip to their store just to smell the wonderful aromas emanating from within. If you get a chance to, chat with R.C. Maybe next trip he'll ask you "How You Bean, Man!"
Smokey Denmark, a Texas family owned and operated company, has been making premium smoked sausage products, smoked briskets, and other smoked meat products for more than 35 years. Albert C. "Smokey" Denmark (with his wife at his side) began his business in Austin, the capital city of Texas, after learning from the legendary sausage makers of Central Texas. From 1972 (when he retired) to the present, our family, like Smokey, has continued to adhere to the highest standards. Time honored recipes, proven methods, modern kitchen equipment, and careful attention to detail enable us to consistently produce even better products today than in decades past.
